Send an e-mail to your main contact or to our sales department.
Important : Please note Don't forget to list the people (First name Last name - position - e-mail address) who will be able to create a ticket on our site. It is recommended to restrict the list for a better follow-up.
Step 2: Receiving the e-mail
Each person will receive an activation e-mail to log on to our site.
When he clicks on it, he will be able to set a password.
